Towards Light.
Towards Light was created over 2020-2021, inspired by the urgent need to re-think the way humans relate to nature. It explored the subject with a moths-eye view, to re-imagine the way we accompany non-human species.
It was a collaboration between Dr Katherine Pogson and Claire Shovelton, exhibited in two London venues: Lumen Gallery Bethnal Green (2021) and Proposition Studios Camden (2023), and was stimulus for CHROMA’s music, art and lepidoptery residency with the community of Fair Isle in September 2021.
